Mayo was born in London on 8th May, 1947, daughter of Edith Meriel Procter and William Gilbert Procter. She was the much loved wife of David Walters, and previously Robert Perceval Price; beloved mother of Grania, Mara, and Richard; proud grandmother of Alice, Celia, James, and Sofia; loved by Mike Walters and Ali Durston, and their children, Emily, Abigail, Beatrice and Edward.

Mayo died peacefully on 18th April, 2024, aged 76. This site is a tribute to Mayo and an opportunity for all who knew her to share messages and memories. There will be a Celebration of Life service at St Marys Church, Redbourn (to be notified).  Bright colours to be worn and no flowers. This will be followed by a celebratory drink and finger buffet at Harpenden Golf Club.

She is much loved and will always be remembered.
